We want your tee, hoodie, beanie or mug to feel right from the first wear or the first cup. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work at Emberandpines.

Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of the date you received your order. This policy applies to orders shipped to addresses in the United States.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition, with original packaging and all tags attached
We may ask for proof of purchase, such as your order number or order confirmation email.
Approval is required
Every return must be approved by our support team before you send anything back. Items sent back without prior approval may be refused.

- Gift cards
- Digital products
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Final sale or clearance items (if any)
- Perishable goods
How to start a return

- Wait for approval. Our team replies within 1–2 business days.
- Receive your instructions and a free prepaid return label by email.
- Pack the items securely and send them back using the label.
- We inspect the returned items when they arrive.
- We issue your refund.
Return shipping
Return shipping is free. Once your return is approved, we email you a prepaid return label along with instructions. We recommend keeping your drop-off receipt until your refund has been issued.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 2–5 business days. Refunds are always issued to your original payment method. Your bank, card issuer or PayPal may need additional time before the credit appears on your statement. We send you an email when the refund has been issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless required by law or the return is the result of our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or design, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. Our team is happy to help you pick the right size first.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of receiving it. Please include your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos. We will offer a replacement, a refund or another suitable solution, at no cost to you.
Lost packages
If your tracking shows no progress or your package seems lost in transit, contact us with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate it and find a solution with you.
United States orders only
